These mini bite size appetizers are really easy to make!
Everyone uses puff pastry dough to make traditional puffs. Today I tried making this mini wraps with ingredients I had at in my fridge.
Very lightly spiced, this is going to be kids favorite too!
Thaw puff pastry dough in the refrigerator for 24 hours or at room temperature.

Roll the puff dough into thin sheet. Cut it in triangles.
Cut paneer (cottage cheese) into thin strips. (length around 2 inches)
Slice onion and bell pepper.
Brush some garlic chutney (grind garlic clover, salt, red chilli powder) on the pastry dough.
On the base of the triangle, put a strip of paneer, bell pepper and onions. Sprinkle some salt and pepper (optional)
Wrap paneer and veggies with the dough.
Make plenty of chilly paneer wraps. I like some veggies hanging out from both sides so I have paneer and veggie strips longer than the triangles.
Preheat oven at 350 F and bake mini puffs for 10-15 minutes or till it turns golden brown.
Remove on the wire rack and let the wraps cool.
Serve with Schezwan sauce or chutney.
Bon Appetit!
