Cocktail

Who said you can't make a cocktail without alcohol? ha ha This is a delicious tropical fruit juice, one of my favorite with spicy Pav Bhaji at Sukh Sagar restaurant.

I have made this quite a lot for my friends and the fun starts when they try guessing the ingredients in it :)

Super easy to make, this drink can take your simple party or a get together to a new level!

So get some fresh fruits and let the fun begin!
Black grapes, pineapple and apple.

Cut the top and core the pineapple.

My pineapple corer, I love it!

Easy and quick to use!

Cut into pieces.

In a blender, add 2 cups black grapes. 1 chopped apple and 2 cups chopped pineapple.

Add ice and blend the ingredients well.

Taste to see if you need sugar. Depending on the type of fruit you may need more or less sugar. Blend well again!

Using a large strainer, strain the juice. This is to get rid of the non-blended grape peal. Press the pulp well so that you have nothing but just dry peal pulp remaining. Straining is optional. You could also enjoy a pulpy juice.

Use Olive picks to insert grapes.

Here are my cute martini glasses :)

For a sugar coated rim: dip the rim in a plate with some juice. Gently dip in a plate containing sugar.

Pretty!!

Pour your chilled cocktail and enjoy!

Cheers ;)
